The first set in the world! Annual production capacity of 360,000 tons of formaldehyde plant, the first set of 180,000 tons of plant commissioning success!
On January 13, 2023, with the completion of the first formaldehyde tanker loading at the loading and unloading station of Anhui Ruibai New Materials Co., Ltd, it signified that the formaldehyde plant and product storage and transportation unit had successfully opened the whole process and produced qualified formaldehyde products (product concentration 37%~55%), marking the successful commissioning of the world's single largest formaldehyde plant once. This project is put into operation, laying a good foundation for the commissioning of 60,000 tons of paraformaldehyde plant.
Anhui Ruibai New Materials Co., Ltd. is located in the new coal chemical synthetic materials base in Huaibei City, Anhui Province, established in September 2018, covering an area of 110 acres, mainly producing acetate, formaldehyde and other new chemical materials.
Under the care and strong support of the leadership of the management committee of the new coal chemical synthesis materials base, the formaldehyde unit was officially put into commissioning on January 10, 2023, after the confirmation of the safety conditions of the trial run organized by various professionals of Anhui Ruibai at the site. In order to reduce the safety risk of formaldehyde plant commissioning, Anhui Ruibai prepared the commissioning plan, emergency plan and safety operation procedures in advance, identified the difficulties and risks of commissioning in advance, analyzed the prediction and formulated countermeasures in time. During the whole process of commissioning, the operators of each unit carefully monitored the plate, and there was no emergency emptying or material leakage, which successfully achieved the goal of safety and environmental protection during the whole process of commissioning.
Formaldehyde is an important chemical product, mainly used in the production of wood processing adhesives, production of polyformaldehyde, phenolic resin and plastics, molding plastics, coatings, textiles and paper treatment agents. After the successful commissioning, Anhui Ruibai New Materials will maximize the potential of the plant and strengthen the safe and smooth operation of the plant with all-round and multi-measures.
